This year's live entertainment was provided by Syncopation. Live jazz, dixieland and fun, just like as it is in New Orleans!
Dancers shimmied, strutted and slid on down Frackville's own "Bourbon Street" to the sounds of horns, woodwinds
and drums.
While the band took its break, the music didn't stop! Johnny Saxx Entertainment kept the music and the dance floor
going with his wide variety of music from yesterday to today. From all time favorites, to the newest music out
on the charts today, Johnny Saxx knows how to keep your feet on the dance floor.
Johnny Saxx also assists our Governor with getting the crowd's attention for all of our contests. Whether its
the parade for the costume judging, or the announcement of King & Queen, Johnny helps get the job done.
Our Governor was roaming entertainment all through the night as well! Always full of fun, smiles
and most importantly..... BEADS! Bill Blickley of Heaven Scent Florists, returned again for his 5th year
as Frackville Mardi Gras' "Gov'n'r".
